What you can do

Click around below — this is the actual portal, filled with sample data so you can see how it feels before it’s connected to your real deliveries.

[PLACEHOLDER — once customer access is fully wired up, describe exactly how a customer signs in or is invited, and what they see first.]

With you for the life of your gearbox

Your order → tracked through production → delivered → documented with a manual built for your exact delivery — and it doesn’t stop there. We keep tracking your gearbox through service and even if it changes hands, for as long as it’s in operation, right up until it’s scrapped at end of life. Wherever it goes and however long it’s in service, this is the one place to check where things stand or find the document you need — no digging through old emails, no wondering if you’re looking at the latest version.

Your data, kept safe

• Hosted on Microsoft Azure— the same enterprise cloud infrastructure used by organizations worldwide, not a server under someone’s desk.
• No public files— documents aren’t sitting on the open internet at a permanent, guessable address. Access is brokered through the portal itself, which mints you a fresh link each time — the document stays available to you for as long as it’s shared with you, it’s just never a raw open file anyone could stumble onto.
• Sensitive credentials stay encrypted — anything sensitive is stored encrypted, never in plain text.
• You only see what’s yours— access is scoped to your own deliveries and what’s been shared with you specifically.
